| Le 1er juin 2005 marque líentrée en vigueur de la loi fédérale sur le transfert international des biens culturels (LTBC) et de son ordonnance díexécution (OTBC). La LBTC règle líimportation en Suisse des biens culturels, leur transit et leur exportation ainsi que le retour des biens culturels qui se trouvent en Suisse (art. 1 LTBC). Par cette loi, la Confédération entend contribuer ‡ protéger le patrimoine culturel de líhumanité et prévenir le vol, le pillage ainsi que líexportation et líimportation illicites des biens culturels. |
